Cancellation and Refund Policy
These rules are established in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 “On Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 07.02.1992 and the Rules for the Provision of Hotel Services in the Russian Federation approved by Government Resolution No. 1912 dated 27 November 2025.
1. Conclusion of the Booking Agreement
The accommodation service agreement is considered concluded once the booking has been confirmed by the Apartments and, if applicable, the guest has made the required prepayment.
A booking confirmation sent to the guest by email or other means of communication shall be considered confirmation of the booking.
2. Types of Booking
The Apartments may apply the following types of booking:
Guaranteed booking – a booking under which the accommodation unit is reserved for the guest until the check-out time of the day following the scheduled arrival date.
Non-guaranteed booking – a booking under which the accommodation unit is reserved for the guest until the established check-in time on the scheduled arrival date.
3. Cancellation Before the Day of Arrival
The guest has the right to cancel the booking at any time before the day of arrival.
If the booking is cancelled before the arrival date, the payment made for accommodation shall be refunded in full.
4. Cancellation on the Day of Arrival or No-Show
In the event of:
- cancellation on the day of arrival, or
- no-show of the guest,
the Apartments may retain payment for the actual room downtime, but not exceeding the cost of one night of accommodation.
Any remaining amount shall be refunded to the guest.
5. Booking Modifications
The guest may request modifications to the booking (including changes to the dates of stay, number of guests, or other booking parameters), subject to availability and approval by the Apartments.
Changes to the booking may result in a change in the accommodation price according to the rates valid at the time the modification is made.
6. Cancellation Procedure
To cancel a booking, the guest must send a written cancellation notice in free form including:
- guest’s full name
- booking number
- dates of stay
The cancellation notice must be sent to the Apartments’ email address.
7. Refund Procedure
Refunds are processed after the Apartments receive a written refund request from the guest.
If the booking was paid by bank card, the refund will be made to the same bank card used for the payment.
booking was paid using another payment method, the refund will be processed using the same payment method where possible.
8. Refund Processing Time
The time required for funds to be credited to the guest’s account depends on the issuing bank and usually does not exceed 30 banking days from the date the refund is processed.
Upon request, the Apartments may provide confirmation that the refund has been initiated.
