I hereby confirm compliance with the rules of accommodation in Vincent apartments:

Check out before 12:00 Moscow time;

Not to smoke the apartment space (smoking or other actions leading to smoke in the apartment) I undertake to pay a fine in the amount of 5000 rubles for any kind of smoke in the Apartment. The Digital Fire System responds instantly and reports the place of smoke, a loud siren is turned on in the entire complex and in each apartment, a large-scale evacuation of the entire residential complex is announced!

I also understand, that smoking on the balcony is also prohibited - protection is bypassed, smoking "out of the window" also includes a siren";

Do not store flammable objects or use explosives;

Do not put hot utensils (pan, pan) on a sink or countertop;

Do not disturb neighbors, do not make noise later from 23 in the evening until 8 in the morning;

In case of Loss or non-return of a plastic key card from the apartment - a fine of 500 rubles;

It is prohibited to buy extra TV content in the room (movies, paid subscriptions, including IVI, etc.);

Do not throw personal hygiene items or other objects into the toilet or sink. In case of failure of the sanitary equipment due to the fault of the Tenant, the repair costs are reimbursed by the Tenant of the apartment;
Do not pollute the entrances and the territory adjacent to the house;
Do not spoil household items and interior items, do not rearrange furniture, do not remove interior items from the apartment, any property of the Landlord;

It is not allowed to keep animals on the area of the apartment;

If I do not comply with all of the above rules, the deposit may be partially or completely not returned;

In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 on Personal Data, by signing this agreement I consent to the Landlord (Yulia Yurievna Kharchenko), as well as its representatives, to process and store my personal data contained in this contract. The purpose of the processing of personal data is to verify its accuracy and validity in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The landlord (Yulia Kharchenko) agrees to comply with the non-disclosure policy of personal data and not transfer them to third parties. Revocation of data consent occurs upon my written statement;

For everything that happens in the apartments provided to me for the period of my stay, I bear full responsibility. In case of violation of these obligations, I agree to an early eviction without a refund of the security deposit and prepayment made, with compensation for material damage that has occurred.
